When will I receive my order?
Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, and with ground UPS will be delivered to you within 1-6 days after shipment. You can find the standard processing time of your products by finding the first two letters of the product numbers on the chart below:
Non-Personalized Products:
BC, CC, EB, FC, HH, JL, KA, MP, PP, WB..... 1-2 days
CA, CB, FA, GP, PR..... 3-5 days
CR, WS.....5-7 days
Personalized or Custom Products:
CC, FC..... 1-2 days
CA, EB, KA..... 3-5 days
PP, PR..... 5-7days
BC, FA, HH, JL, WB, WS..... 7-10 days
Any questions on delivery for a close event, please contact us - rush processing/shipping are available for an additional cost, and we will make every effort to accomodate rush orders.
What will my shipping charges be?
We charge $6.95 flat-rate shipping for all US orders. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. For international orders, we charge the actual shipping cost, plus a $6.25 handling fee. International orders are shipped through the US postal service only.
Will taxes or other fees be added to my order?
For any orders shipped to the state of Connecticut, 6% sales tax will be added at checkout. We do not charge tax for orders shipped to any other state or country. On international orders, there is a $6.25 handling fee. There also may be taxes or customs fees due at delivery.
Are returns accepted?
Any non-personalized item can be returned for any reason, within 7 days of receipt. Personalized items can be replaced if we make an error; they cannot be returned. Shipping costs are not refundable, and in most cases the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. Please contact us for a return authorization number prior to returning any product.
